1st Time Purchase on Ebay

I just purchased 126,000 Wyndham points at Wyndham Kingsgate on Ebay. The resale company was CJ Timeshare and the closing company is Timeshare Closing Services. Has anyone had dealings with them before and if so any comments in their services. Thanks Jim

I just bought a tiny Shell account from them for $1.00. It has only been a couple days, but so far, I am impressed by how organized the sale/escrow was set up. This is the first company that had a link that I could pay directly to the closing company and that everything completely spelled out. I wish all the ebay sellers would offer that type of service.

I just purchased a Marriott property (Manor Club) on 1/3/12 using CJ Timeshares and same closing company. Passed ROFR and have deed in my name. Awaiting Marriott to finalize transfer. All has gone smoothly so far.

These days TCS record deeds electonically if available.
So closing/transfer is very quick and I have been impressed.
I purchased many TS from CJ timeshares and they have great customer service too.
tochoa and laman34 (CJ timeshares) are two companies I trust on ebay.

Thanks for all the information. I appreciated it. Yes, I should have asked this question first but did not. Not very smart. However, I was impressed with their ebay feedback rating and was caught up in the excitement of trying to win the wyndham points.

Im just about finished with my transaction with CJ and it started last week. They already have the deed electronically filed and sent off to the resort. Just waiting for the resort to record it right now.

Better than the others

CJ is a licensed Realtor
Florida Real Estate Broker #CQ1031801

and works with Chicago Title, and holds insurance coverage.

I would feel much more confident with them.

But I made the mistake of working with an LLC "timeshare transfer" company, almost perfect eBay feedback @ 99%, 1000+, that then hightailed it out with thousands of dollars from both seller and buyer. They even had great feedback on TUG - Elite Resort Transfers, LLC. So lesson learned - work only with Realtors, only with known Title companies, only with those who disclose their real names, not just first names, etc.

Hope the feds will shut down ALL the LLCs that do property transfers, especially all those without a Realtor license.
