Is it worth the money to save these points for 2025? I ended up getting a discount on a trip in September that gave me a leftover balance of 180 points.

Probably not. You can look at the points guide to see what they would get you. If they are just enough to combine with 2025 points to cover the nights that you want, maybe, but otherwise probably not. You can multiply them by your MF/pt cost to see what they cost you.

Heh, I have something similar, but I guess I might dump them in RCI? I doubt I'll get to the whatever to actually do an exchange within 2 years so they'll just expire there, but I suppose gets me something lol.

You have to pay to deposit so it needs to be worth it

If you have any other reservations this year with borrowed 2025 points, you could shuffle reservations around to get them to use the 2024 points.

It wouldn’t be worth it to pay to save that amount of points unless you dearly need every last point for reservations next year.

180 points at your MF which might be .10 to .20 a point, depending on what your own, is worth $18 to 36. It will cost you $119 to save that into next year.

If the cost to save is more than the value you are saving then NO.
