154,000 annual Wyndham points available at no cost! We will cover both the closing fee with LT transfers and the Wyndham transfer fee (a savings of approximately $460.) The buyer will take over monthly fees at closing.
We have enjoyed these points for many years, but are ready to let them go because our family's travel needs are changing. Maintenance fees for this ownership are paid a year in advance through the Wyndham system - 2020 fees have already been paid. The monthly fees currently being paid are for 2021 usage. The resort is undergoing a major refurbishing project of all units inside and out. The current fees for this year are $1445 plus Wyndham program fee (about $160 per year or less if you own more points; includes full RCI membership). The fee for next year's payments are expected to be about $1100 per year or approximately $7.14/k points plus program fee. (We have documentation from the resort explaining the fees for 2020 and 2021.)
If you prefer to stay at Sapphire Valley, Fairway Forest every year during week 31 in a two bedroom unit or exchange that unit through RCI, you can remove the week from the points system.
