Hi,

I am new to TUGS so I apologize if this has been covered before or if I'm not posting in the correct area. We have a timeshare with Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay and I'm curious if anyone can help me with understanding the 100 year term of the timeshare. When we bought our timeshare life was different and we don't have much use for it now. I understand that we signed a contract and need to honor our obligation but wondering if it's possible to end the timeshare week and maintenance prior to 100 years?

Thank you for any help.

The answer is usually YES. It may cost you, but it can be done. It sounds like you have a Right-To-Use, which means it expires in a certain number of years. Giving it to someone else (it's not worth anything), they can use it up to the RTU expiration.

The resort company can tell you how to transfer it to someone else.
