1 Week Timeshare in South Yarmouth, MA (2 BDRM) - Any Interest?

Looking for anybody interested in owning my timeshare, and obviously taking over the maintenance fees. Purchased (20) years ago+/-. We have been lucky enough to fall into FREE annual vacations (believe it or not!!), so really had no choice but to stop utilizing our timeshare about two years back. We own WEEK 13. This is obviously 'out of season' for its location. This did not matter to us because we always transferred/exchanged our time and vacationed at other amazing resorts (through RCI). If you plan to vacation 1 week a year, this will absolutely pay for itself if you enjoy beautiful resorts. Annual maintenance fees are $500. Exchange fee is $250. So $750 to stay in an amazing resort for a week. This cost would normally be 2-3K+. Can/will provide additional details upon response. Thank you.
