I currently own more timeshares weeks for trading than I can use, so I need to give some away!
I own two one-bedroom fixed summer (Weeks 28 and 29) weeks at Inverness at Walden, Phase II, Lake Conroe, Texas. I would like to give away one or both. These weeks trade in both RCI and II. Although inland Texas doesn't trade well in RCI, Interval has far less inventory there, and gives good trade power to these weeks. I can do some trade tests to show what this week will "pull" in II, if you like. II has offered an AC for this week at various times in the past, although they aren't offering one for 2012.
The resort just underwent a refurbishment for which owners were billed $360 per unit. I have paid the special assessment. Usage would start with the 2012 use year. MFs for 2012 are $445 including taxes.
I am "selling" this for $1. (I would offer it for free, but I think deeds are more valid if at least $1 changes hands.) I am willing to do the closing myself and pay all closing and transfer fees. There would be no cost to the new owner other than the MFs.
