Very interesting. It never ceases to amaze me how significantly wealthy people find new ways to defer or eliminate paying taxes. Not to get political, but if wealthy people are not paying taxes and low income people have no tax, then it is crystal clear that the working middle class continues to pay a huge share of income taxes without any creative solutions. Even now, with the 2018 tax changes, millions are no longer able to itemize their taxes and have real estate taxes capped.
