My suggestion is to write back and say that you are not interested in selling, that you are specifically inquiring about a deed back option.

I followed your suggestion and this is what they responded.

“At this time we do not have a deedback for your inventory type.”


Unfortunate they are not offering an option for those owners looking for an exit solution.

FYI...I got a freebie SBP two BR from Tracey that i lock off for trading. I got a two bedroom Marriott on HHI during prime summer, and I just got back. It could have been a fluke, but I assure you I did get this July week using a one BR at SBP. If you're on the fence but need a good trader in II, take this TUGger up on this great offer.
