Does this rule still exist in RCI? Years ago it prevented us from making certain repeated Hawaii exchanges. But I looked on everything I received from RCI regarding our recent exchange into Wynham Shearwater and there is no mention of that rule.

Only certain resorts have that rule. You will see the rule when you book the exchange under "urgent information" if it applies to the resort you are booking.

The rule is at the resort level for non-owners that use exchanges but yeah it still exist and if you sign up for rci you can read which resorts are a 1-4

I do not know of a list, but in the Resort Directory, for a specific resort, it will be on the Fees tab, under Policy Restrictions.

Thanks for the info. I didn't see anywhere for Shearwater either (on RCI site or my exchange paperwork). DH was asking since I remembered it from years ago. He wants to go back to Shearwater and not wait years to be able to do so.
