Hi,

Saw this on eBay the other day. It sold within minutes. Maintenance fees are $15k/year (3 rotating weeks per year: 2 consecutive winter weeks and one summer week). I believe there is no ROFR on this property? I’m wondering if the buyer got a good deal:

I guess if you want to go too STT then stay at the Ritz , are able to easily afford those fees, its a deal.

Good deal or not is dependent on whether you "need" to stay at Ritz and that you go to STT twice a year. My MF (MVC/Vistana/WM) is about $15K and it enables me to travel about 3 months a year in a 2BR. I am also not forced to get on a flight to travel.

And I'm maybe not doing as well as you, but at $5,600 a year I get 3-6 weeks in a 2BR depending on season and if I save points from the year before etc. I don't need to stay at the Ritz - not for $5k a week. I much prefer ~$1250 a week or less.
