"1" bedroom Platinum Marriott Shadow Ridge on Ebay

Currently there is a "1 bedroom" Platinum week at Marriott at Shadow Ridge on EBay. I was not aware there were 1 bedroom units until I saw this on EBay. I then did some research on TUG to found that there were some units (Enclaves?) that were deeded as two separate units. It looks like this may be the smaller of the two "deluxe" units (as it mentions "kitchenette"). Anyone care to guess at a fair resale price for this type of unit? I do not think there is much resale history for this, at least not that I can find. It will be interesting to see what it goes for in the end (it is currently only at $1.25). The item number is 160758995484.

My guess is, not very much. The problem is that the MF for a 1BR in proportion to a 2BR tends to be rather high. the 2BR lock off gives one two weeks for the price of one and a lot more flexibility.

Is it the studio part of the (2) bedroom Unit??

It is my understanding that it is the "small" side if one of the deluxe units in the Enclaves section. There is a floorplan in this thread:

The thread indicates it trades as a full one bedroom and not a studio. I agree that in terms of maintenance fees the two bedroom with the lock off is a better deal which is why I am currently in escrow for just such a unit at Shadow Ridge which was one of the reasons this caught my eye.
