I would like to sell my timeshare in Branson, MO at French Quarter Resort for $1.00. It is an every-other-year timeshare (odd years). It is a 2 bedroom and I own Unit F412A and my week is floating white time (weeks 3 to 10).

I can’t tell if you are being serious or not. If you really want this I’m sure the seller will forgo the Porsche he was planning to buy with the sale proceeds and come down to your price.

I think that the cost of $1.00 for a $9,000 timeshare is pretty much giving it away. I would sell it for 1 cent, if that would make the difference in you buying it??? However, I do want to "sell" it and you can't legally "sell" any property if there is no exchange of monies for the property.
