Although we are Vistana owners we had an Encore Package” reservation for 4 nights starting June 25 at The Westin Riverfront in Avon, CO.

Got a call today that our reservation is canceled. They are open - but only for owners.

The original plan was skiing last February but I’ve stopped skiing. Once we go and have our sales presentation we get 100,000 Bonvoy points.

Not sure when I can reschedule.
