    Last December I bought a Floating Week at Tree Tops Resort in Gatlinburg TN for $28 with the 2018 maintenance fee paid. Finally got the transfer done a few weeks ago. I called Tree Tops to book a week so I could deposit it at RCI. I was told that the week I bought did NOT have the 2018 fees...
