    Question on partial transfer of timeshare

    A timeshare purchase of mine progressed through the contract phase. I got word from the title company that HGVC waiver ROFR, the estoppel looked ok, then they prepared the new deed and filed it with the county. That's where things got sideways -- when the title company sent the transfer...

    First Post...transfer deed advice

    Hello! This is my first post :-) I'm taking over my grandparents timeshare which is at the Jockey Club in Las Vegas Planatium Interchange. Is it a huge hassle to do the transfer of deed myself or am I better off hiring the paralegal they recommended who is rather expensive. Thanks, Lisa
