    2023 Property Tax on Sands of Kahana up 70%? Is this a mistake?

    My 2023 Property tax bill has arrived and they are charging $495.10 for the 3 bedroom. 2022 was 290.80 and 2021 was 287.80. I checked Maui website and the property tax rate on Timeshares is unchanged (14.60 per 1,000), and there is no way that I believe that the value of this property jumped...
