Free HIVC Orange Lake
Time share is paid off. Yearly points are 30,000. Yearly maintenance fees are: ~$350 Can Use points with RCI or transfer to IHG (will equal 24,000 IHG points, transfer to IHG ~$100) It looks like I paid maintenance fees for next year too so wouldn't have any dues until 1/1/2027.
