Need some advice on exit strategy for HPP

Not saying I’m right, but I am under the impression that HPP points can only be resold back to Hyatt in the contract language they are bought under.... Meaning little to no resell value. Sales Weasle tried doing a upside down drawing showing how even if Hyatt only gives you 75% back.... I...

The making of Amazon Prime, the internet's most successful and devastating membership program

Business needs to adapt to the needs / demands of the customers those that don't will not survive. Those that do will flourish. Trust me there are things I don't like about Amazon... But 80% of my purchases on items other than food come from them. Remember when Walmart was first founded...

RCI offering to merge 2 separate accounts

Thanks for the clarification. The first account with 62.5% of your points able to be used for Plus Partners is a good deal, and must be something that was special with the ownership you have that account connected to..... Since it is a special arrangement this is probably why they are not...

RCI offering to merge 2 separate accounts

Not sure I quite understand your question. But say you have 2 RCI Points account one with 250,000 RCI Points and one with 60,000 RCI Points. If you move the 250K account into the 60K account you would then have 310K points I am assuming per year... I would think then you would be...

Here you go with out compounding interest. I used your numbers $22K for average initial purchase and while I don't agree at all the developer willing to buy back at 50% initial purchase price. I did not compound annual interest in the end the renter is way better off than the developer...
