Hyatt Vacation Club / Welk - Ranahan Breckenridge value

I've looked everywhere, including various threads on tug, and I can't find the peak points value for 1BR and 2BR valuations at the slightly newer Ranahan Breckenridge resort. Does anyone have these they can share? Bonus if you can share visibility into winter 2013 availability.

I just checked the Ranahan resort for you. Your post said Winter "2013" availability, but I suspect you mean Winter 2023? Here's what I found
