@Shankilicious, off the top of my head a couple villa type resorts come to mind:
The Villas at Stonehaven
Black Rock, Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago
Interval code: VSH
(Available as a Getaway)
The villas at this resort look lovely. Right now in the II Getaways there are 2 and 3 bedroom villas available. You will have to fly into Trinidad first and then take a short flight over to Tobago.

Sunset at the Palms Resort
Negril, Jamaica
Interval code: SUP (Getaways)
This is an adults only all-inclusive resort that is situated across the street from Negril’s Seven Mile Beach. I have not stayed here, I’ve only driven by. There are no kitchens in the rooms, there are a few restaurants on property. The units look like treehouses.
Enjoy the serenity, adventure, luxury and untouched beauty in Sunset at the Palms, the best all inclusive resort in Jamaica. To experience the time of your life at the best adults only all inclusive resort in Jamaica, book your stay today!

Also look into Windjammer Landing Resort in St LuciaI think they have stand alone villas. It’s affiliated with RCI And II. And look into the villas in St John that are near the Westin property. I think some of them have their own pool.
Hopefully others will contribute to the list.
