Hello Everyone,

Has anyone in here dealt with Your New Tennessee, a real estate broker firm and Title II investments, a firm that offers Escrow services.

I got contacted by the Your New Tennessee saying that they represent a client who's buying a stake in my home resort and if I'm interested to sell my timeshare.

Title II investments is in the picture because my timeshare is not a deeded property one, its a vacation membership and thus they need the funds to be secured by a third party once the proceeds of the sale comes in.

Do you guys think these two are legit? Thanks again for this very helpful community :)

Sounds totally bogus to me, why would anyone want to buy a stake in your home resort??? Do not get involved with them, they will offer you an enticing price to hook you in, the certain”fees” will have to be paid by you to move forward with the deal, trust me, this is not legit, run from them!!!

Read this article thoroughly with the emphasis on the word "escrow."

https://www.insidethegate.com/how-to-spot-a-scam/the-mexico-escrow-scam-2/

I can only assume that your vacation club is in Mexico, and it is Right to Use. Your will be told that it is valuable when it is not. The goal is to take your money. The fact that they called you is a red flag. The need for escrow is a second red flag. RUN, Forest, RUN.......

It is a scam - anyone who calls you will an offer that is too good to be true, is a scammer.

Once they have you hooked, they will convince you to pay some kind of official sounding fee, and then steal the money.
