168,000 Even Year Wyndham Smoky Mountains. One of the lower maintenance fee resorts. Taker responsible for Wyndham transfer fee, any closing costs (about $30 if I do the Deed recording myself), and four months pre-paid maintenance fees that go toward the 2020 usage. Maintenance fees are $42.35 per month inclusive of the program fee.
