We love this unit...best view of Great Cruz Bay of any unit at the WSJ. Unfortunately, our school district changed the first week of school...to our deeded week.
You can trade to another week at the Westin, as we did this year, and to another resort, as we did last year when the WSJ was closed...but due to the school calendar thing and our growing kids, we really think it is time for our family to let it go.
I didn't pay a lot for it so I am willing to let you have it if you pay for the closing. That's right...$1 to me, you pay the closing and transfer costs, and you own it. That's over $20k less than buying this from the Westin would cost you.
Taxes and maintenance payments are current. I own it free and clear so we can close rapidly.
