WSJ 1 Bedroom Fixed Week - July Issue

I am in a bind for this July 13-20 ... my future mother-in-law is coming to STJ for our wedding but just broke her leg.

She is in a 2nd floor 1 bedroom townhouse. Do I have any chance getting the Westin to swap me for a 1 bedroom down on the main resort as she will be in a wheelchair? Or do I need to find another option.

Yikes!

I would say call and ask. You might end up in the main resort as opposed to being in VGV on the hill. The main resort isn't fixed so they should be able to shuffle things around. I've found talking to the personnel at the resort is always helpful.

One issue will be that the Main Resort phases do not have 1Bd villas.
Lots of studios tho...

Luckily I have a work around already ... some of our friends are also going (rented from some guy with like 50 rentals) and have a one floor studio in building 33. There have agreed to swap rooms if needed.

Why wouldn't they want a free upgrade to a one bedroom :)
