A long-time ago, I sent eBay sellers notes on inaccuracies in their ads. No more... waste of time.

That's pretty bad!
They did not appreciate note to try to help them with their listing:
Who are you ?! Why would you even look at my item? If you’re an expert on Marriott products you should get a job with them.. if you had half brain you could’ve asked me than I would be happy to answer any questions for you.
Here is few FACTS at least to make you look dawn ass: look bellow to my account Idiot : than here is the phone number for customer service ask them about mandatory resorts 18003077312.
Tell them Coral Vista Phase.
When you have all the answers don’t forget to email me back with an apology.

The only issue I see with the update is referring to ROFR. Nice to see they changed their tune and fixed the ad.
Yes. Hyatt PR owners just received nearly a 50% increase for 2020. And the resort is still not open. Talk about being kicked in the teeth while down.Weren't they selling these platinum units for $50k or so? That's a big loss and as a buyer I'd do some due diligence to ensure that he actually owns it (and isn't carrying a note on it). I cannot imagine paying $50k 5 years ago, and then selling it for $1500.
Depending on what it sells for, it could actually be a pretty good deal for someone if they were planning to go to St. John every year. I'd consider buying it, but after all these horrible hurricanes, I wouldn't take the chance on owning any property in the Caribbean. 3 of the 5 places where I've personally vacationed in the last 7 years (St. John, St. Martin, and The Abacos (Bahamas)) were subsequently devastated by hurricanes. Only Grand Cayman and Paradise Island (Bahamas) have been spared major damage, but the warming of the Atlantic is not boding well for island dwellers.
Luckily, WSJ owners had decent insurance, but it will be interesting to see if Caribbean TS owners will be socked with a huge increase in insurance premiums.
P.S. Looking at other ebay listings, it is mind blowing how little they are asking for deeded units. A 3 bdrm in June for $599. So tempting!

I have continued talking to the person ... classic case where they just don't know how to use it. I have been trying to help them but I think they are too angry about getting screwed by the sales people.
Oh well I tried to convert them .... $47,000 lit on fire
We have 420,000 banked options.
We paid around $35K for the unit plus 5 years of Fees $12K . The kids schedule and the places we go doesn’t fit with this product. We have not used it even ones. Selling it it will be the best option for us. I lowered the price as you suggested to $900 at least will cover the transfer charge to a new owner.
Thank you for your time and information. Have great weekend.
