I exchanged into WorldMark on Las Vegas Boulevard this August. I enjoyed the swimming pools and the small lazy river. In the past I have exchanged into Tahiti Village Resort (on LVBS), Tahiti Resort (on Tropicana), the Elara (at Planet Hollywood & Miracle Mile Shops), the Cancun Resort, Grand View, and Cirque du Soleil (on Tropicana). I found it quite strange that alcoholic beverages are not served pool-side, and they do not have a bar or restaurant on-property. There is a bar across Las Vegas Boulevard, which has poker & slot machines, and they serve meals 24/7. South Point Casino is about 2 miles to the South, and there is a shuttle-bus to the strip. When I checked-in, the Concierge approached me once about attending a timeshare presentation. I declined and was not approached again anytime during the week. I found WorldMark to be comparable to the Cancun Resort (which is located a few blocks North of WorldMark). While Grandview is farther South, it has the advantage of being adjacent to the SouthPoint Hotel & Casino (which has several restaurants and entertainment options). I believe WorldMark is a good choice for couples with young children.
