Patriot's Place is my personal favorite of all eleven timeshares in Williamsburg.

It's a beautiful, quiet resort in a truly terrific location close to all major attractions.
It was Wyndham's first resort in Wmbsburg and the POA has spent a ton to make it new again.

Your One BR is approximately 511 sq.ft. and sleeps a max of 4 people.
-- 1 Queen Bed in BR; Queen Sleep sofa in LR;
-- fully equipped but very small kitchen.

Available NOW thru "Today+45days" (ie July 2 as of 5/18)
Check IN/OUT on ANY day of the week

Cost is $289 for a Full week..... Check-in ANY Day

Short stays with Three Nite Minimum, available at:

$59/nite* for Sunday thru Thursday nites#
# Two Weeknite stays may be considered @ $75/nite.

$89/nite* for Friday and Saturday nites

*Add $10/nite for July nites and Memorial Day weekend.

Thanks for inquiry but I just rented 6/27-7/1 to someone who emailed me directly at geo.allenjohnston@yahoo.com as specified in my post ……. It takes an extra 12-36 hours to go thru TUG, either post or PM "middle man" .

Small One BR is still available Beginning the nite of July 1 ---
----- stay for a minimum of three nites or a full week or more!

I might be able to do June 28th check in, July 1st checkout for 1 BR. That’s $240?
