Hello everyone!!!
I’m very new to the site and timeshares in general. Here is a quick background to my introduction to Wyndham Access 200,000 points plan.
December 27th, we got roped into a presentation and made the purchase of above plan. Sounded great at the time, but reality is setting in that not everything promised came to fruition. I am not deeded to a home location, or even have a certificate of ownership, as of yesterday (4/13/19), according to another presentation at the cypress palm. I was not informed that I needed to declare my intentions within 45 days, So they roped us into another deal that would convert an additional 200,000 for a total of 400,000 annual for a huge price, deeded to bonnet creek. ( I will be sending my rescission letter by mail tomorrow, thank you TUGs). I was hoping for some additional help towards making a good resale purchase to maximize our current 200,000 points. Here goes with answers.

10) How much can you afford to spend every year for a maintenance fee that will come due right after Christmas, and increase each year?
