Last February I bought points on a Wyndam timeshare. Flagstaff $1. 183,000 points. I like that timeshare so I hope it works out well. I received the copy of the deed from LT transfers today. They said they have forwarded it to wyndham. I know I have to wait for Wyndam to do their thing. Will they contact me or should I call them I don't know what telephone number to use and I don't have any reference number for wyndham. What are my next steps?

Wyndham will contact you by mail about 2 weeks after transfer. If your already a owner you will see the deed show up in your account usually on a Thursday after 8 am.You can call Wyndham 800-251-8736 option 2 then option 3. Make sure you have the contract number and the sellers name. Ask them when deed was received and where it is in processing. From my experience currently it has been taking 6-8 weeks for transfer if all is good with the recorded deed. Much better then the 12-16 weeks it was taking a couple of months ago.

Sometimes a call to Wyndham goes along way. Might be a bit frustrating if you get a rep that doesn't know enough to help you. The good news is you'll get a survey emailed to you after the call. If you explain in comments you did not receive the information you were looking for and provide contract numbers etc. You'll get a call that they received your message and looked into and it should take approx. 2 weeks to transfer.

I’m curious too. LT handled our sale to our friend and now my account says the points have been transferred last week. When will she have access?
So Wyndham will contact her ? ... when? They haven’t yet.

Points are in her account. If they are not currently owners with the ability to login to their account they need to set up online login.
