Can anybody with oceanside platinum WLR do me a favor? I need to check if there are still available 2 bdr for 02/29-03/07/2020. Just oceanside, i know the regular oceanview units are still available for the dates

Just checked and Oceanside unit is NOT available for that week. And yes I own a deeded Oceanside unit so it would show up if it was available.

it seems that the check in for the Oceanside units are Sat or Sun. Friday is not an option

i have an interval trade week code ocean view at westin lagunamer for april overlap with a 4 day studio booked with staroptions coded ocean front for family members. what is the chance we will be next to each other or in the same building?

I am not sure. The room classifications are "oceanside" or "ocean view"
You can request the same building through the concierge. If the studio is an actual "oceanside" then you won't be next to each other

the studio is coded ocean front at the marriott website as well as on the vistana migration point email. hopefully they can be on the same building as looking at this thread, some rooms on building 1,9 and 14 are ocean view?

Yes. Only the end caps are Oceanside (really gulf!). The rest of the units that lead up the hallway to those end caps are oceanview.
