Time to unload our first timeshare purchase. It is the one we paid full price for, learned our lesson and bought resale moving forward. Now that we own 6 timeshares and my kids are older Orlando isn’t as much of a priority. I will say it has traded very well with Interval especially on the years it lands on Easter. Here are the details
Week 15 fixed at Westagate Vacation Villas, 2 bedroom 2 bath
No mortgage
2019 fees are paid and the Week 15 is yours to use provided you take it before the 60 day deposit window otherwise I will deposit it and you can have the week in a search and I will pay the exchange fee.
2019 Fees and Taxes were $1,032
I used it many years but never traded it within Westagate only through Interval. Message me if you are interested.
