100% free & clear timeshare. It is a studio unit at Orange Lake, FL - West Village (Kissimmee, FL). Week 16, April week. Sleeps up to 5. The maintenance fees are paid yearly at $950, taxes included (fees are current and due each January). Buyer will pay the transfer fee and next year’s maintenance fee. If I don’t get a “buyer” relatively soon, I’ll give it back to Orange Lake (though I’d rather see someone else enjoy it!) I’ve owned since 1995. It’s time to move on for me!
