I have been trying to get an exchange [in GA] for quite sometime. I now am going to try and get a rental. Where would you suggest I look? I want to go [this summer] so I know I should start looking now. Any help would be great.

You could try VRBO. I used this site for Hawaii rentals. You could set up an automatic notification for new rental postings on Myresortnetwork, they don't show any rental listings right now.
