Please be aware that there are some website problems today and 1-800-GOHyatt is closed. Two of our waitlist requests showed up in the available general pool this morning. They were not matched through the waitlist. Since Hyatt/Interval/Marriott is closed I decided to book them through the website and cancel my requests. I had lots of trouble and error codes while trying to book. It took several attempts, but I finally confirmed both reservations. If you have any requests outstanding, please check the general inventory to see if your desired time is available.

I’m having issues trying to pay my maintenance fees and won’t let me book a reservation. None of my waitlist requests cleared for CO resorts either. Will need to call tomorrow

Not sure if the date change to 2019 has anything to do with this, but it is the reason that I always try to get my annual MF's and reservations completed before Christmas in order to avoid these kinds of problems. I also put a tickler reminder on my Outlook calendar for December 20 of each year to get this handled. What prompted me to do this? Several years ago, I waited until the last minute to make an online estimated tax payment. Guess what? The California Franchise Tax Board (California's equivalent of the IRS) decided to close its website for maintenance on the same weekend when those estimated payments were due. Unbelievable. As a result, my payment was late by a day and incurred a tax penalty. I appealed the penalty and eventually got reimbursed some six months later. Regardless, I learned my lesson.

Try using internet explorer. I tried multiple computers / browsers this AM. The only one that worked was Internet explorer.
