I changed the email address on my RCI weeks account about a year ago. Online, the account details show that the new email was in place. However, when I talked to an agent today, I discovered that she still had my old email address. Apparently, even if your account information shows that you correctly changed your email address, the system doesn't change it everywhere.
After you change your email address, I suggest that you call RCI and confirm that it has been correctly changed. Don't trust the information in the online account information section.
