Waitlist requests

A Worldmark reservation specialist told me that a waitlist request is entered into the system earlier if a person calls Worldmark at 8am rather than putting in a request at 6am online because the online request can take up to 48 hours to enter into the system. The time the request is entered into the system - not the time the request is entered online counts as the time for the request.

Is that the experience others have had with the waitlist?

Yes. The on-line request goes into a queue and has to manually input into the system.

I tested this last week. Sunday night I put in a waitlist request on-line. When I called in on Monday late afternoon it still had not been added, so I did it over the phone.
