Vidanta 10 year renewal

Last time we were in Nuevo in January, we ran into a couple who were kicking themselves because they did not renew after 10 years. They came down to negotiate in person since they did not receive a statement notifying the 10 year renewal was due. According to this couple, Vidanta stated they do not send our notifications and because of that a significant amount of members loose their ability to vacation unless they agree to start from scratch. Be vigilant as to when your 10 year renewal is due!!

Note that some of the contract addenda also need to be renewed by request at 10 years. Reads like a separate need and I believe they would enforce.
