There is a free shuttle to Copper Mountain you can catch from downtown Frisco (about a mile from this tiny timeshare of six units).

This is a three bed, 2.5 bath unit with three floors on the interior and a single car garage. The top floor is a loft area with twin beds dresser, closet.

The second floor has two full bathrooms, king bed in master, two queen beds in second bedroom. Main floor has kitchen, washer/dryer, living room sofa sleeper for two, gas fireplace, and a hot tub on the deck. Main floor has a half bath.

There are quite a few ski areas near Frisco, including Breck.

Val Chatelle III was out favorite TS back when we were taking our kids skiiing. Units are large and the garage and hot tub are pluses. Frisco is a nice little town and Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are easy drives from Val Chatelle...

Thanks, George. You are always helpful. I doubt anyone will rent it with this short of notice. This is for another owner who contacted me to get it rented. Our fees are $990 this year, so this is a bargain.
