But if looking for RCI Points package take MF/Points to get your cost per point for that contract, these can vary significantly. Grandview 122K points are best ratio and 98K are second best I have seen, then VV at Parkway 92.5k is next best. One disadvantage to VV at Parkway you can’t use for trade into DVC resorts, based on DVC rules. 122K Grandview’s are expensive they typically cost $2500 more than a 98K one means it would take well over 10 years for you to break even buying 122K vs 98K GV.
98K GV vs 92.5K VV at Pwy. Pwy is $.00155 more per point. Not a deal breaker but currently you will pay $100 more in MF’s for 5.5K less points per year.
