Using Marriott Reward Points

Curious how we can use 500,000 points to get the most out of a planned trip to Northern Italy in May of 2019? Would like to stay in Florence 2,3 days, Tuscany area 2,3, Lake Como same, Venice day or so and Switzerland 2,3. Thanks.

You only get a deal if you stay 5 nights at the same hotel, with redeeming for 4 nights and getting the 5th night free. Other than that, just check for Marriott and SPG hotels that look good to you and figure out how many points are required per night.

The other thing is that you want to look at the reward points needed if you redeem now vs. after August. If it is lower now, book it and attach the reward points to it. If it is lower after August, redeem the rewards only after August.

Yes. The list has already been printed, pre- and post- points requirement for each hotel.
