Good morning, I recently went in for a owner “upgrade” but it just meant for a more elite status with more points I would have to pay a lot more money. I’ve done this 2 other times and I feel like I keep just digging myself into a hole- how do I cancel because I’m within my 10 days but go back to what I owned before??

If you rescind (and you should), you go back to where you were immediately before you signed -- however many points, type of membership, etc.

The rescission instructions should be in the materials you were given (although they are often intentionally made difficult to find). Follow them exactly. Everyone who signed the new purchase contract must sign the rescission letter. Send by a method that generates a receipt (in addition to the method specified in the instructions).

Ask us more questions if you need more help. Send the rescission letter now. And congratulations on saving a bucket of money.

Thank you for that!! Besides the letter should I send anything else? They also made me sign three different sets of contracts, so I combine that all in one letter?
