I looked at the TUG Reviews but I could not find answers to my questions.

What are the differences between unit types at San Clemente Cove (A, B, C) and SCBC (A, B, C, D)?

Also, if you wanted to purchase an interval, which resort is better to own? Pros/Cons. I believe that maintenance fees are similar between them.

Finally, if I were to use GPX to exchange into San Clemente Cove, is there a good chance that I would receive an ocean view unit? Or, are exchangers always given the dungeon units with no views? Do I have to own at SCC to have any chance at an oceanview?

Thank you.

I was able to use the WayBack Machine to look at an older website copy for Grand Pacific Resorts--the management company for both SCC and SCBC. This enabled me to find out the information about the different unit types and I also grabbed the resort maps as well. So, I believe that my first question has been answered. However, I am still interested in others' opinions between the two resorts. Thank you.
