Unable to Cancel Reservation

I think this was reported last summer but I can't find it.

I have a reservation that I can't cancel. Neither can the vacation counselor nor her supervisor. Same with Owner Care. OC wrote a ticket for IT to fix it. I'm sure it will be timely resolved.

Meanwhile, it is one of two overlapping reservations, one of which is subject to cancellation tomorrow.

That's the timeframe I had in mind. The reservation is in January. Hoping they can get it canceled before check-in.

The previous one I had was booked in late August, vacation for September 8th. I called. They put a ticket in triage. Then I called to follow up - nothing. Called again to follow up - nothing. Again I called and - nothing. I call last week, and they finally figure out that they got it "cancelled" a week after my first call. I had missed it because it never showed "cancelled", they just gave me the points back.
Now for the first time in months... I have another one that refuses to cancel.... I originally booked it on May 17th - in the old system.
