Cost for either = $5 + $200 closing costs (+ $100 transfer fee - if charged by resort, and payable directly to the resort).
Seller/owner is an attorney and a TUG member, and will prepare the closing papers. This sale is for the actual deed/membership and is perpetual. Dates for weeks are approximate; the dates listed below are for the 2009 week if that week is still available; otherwise, the dates are for 2010. Usable EVERY YEAR, unless listed as ODD = odd numbered years only; EVEN = even numbered years only. "1/1" means 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeping 4. "2/2" means 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6. Have full kitchens, and fully furnished. All linens, towels, dishes supplied. Floating weeks can be taken at any time during the specified period, on a space available basis. Maintenance fees to be paid directly to the resort on a yearly basis. Weeks can be used also at thousands of resorts around the world, as each resort is affiliated with one or both of the two major exchange companies - Interval International (www.intervalworld.com)or RCI (www.rci.com), which you can join.
Week 14 - 04/03 - 04/10 Peregrine Townhomes, San Luis Pass, TX 2/2; Maintenance fee = $545.00. As resort is still closed due to Hurricane Ike, you do not have to reimburse me for 2009 maintenance fees.
Week - Floating White - Villas on the Lake, Lake Conroe, TX 2/2 ODD; Maintenance fee = $349.50 each year.
