These extraordinarily cheap $179 fares are available from the Bay area; San Francisco (SFO) to Maui (OGG) and San Jose, California (SJC) to Maui (OGG).

Oakland, California (OAK) to Maui (OGG) costs $189, San Jose, California (SJC) to Honolulu, HI (HNL) costs $199, Oakland, California (OAK) to Honolulu, HI (HNL) costs $199 and San Francisco (SFO) to Honolulu, HI (HNL) costs $229.

These special one-way fares are only valid for flights booked by the end of today, December 7th 2017. Trips must be taken between January 16 and March 15, 2018...."
