Timeshare Refuge

Update, My Mother received a copy of the new recorded deed yesterday and Timeshare Refuge told her it was sent to Wyndham with the $299 transfer fee and the transfer should be completed and out of her name with in the next few weeks! They said it could be as early as 2 weeks but it really depends on how far behind Wyndham Title department is on completing them.
They stated Wyndham should send her a letter confirming finalization of the transfer.

I will keep everyone here updated as I hear!

She has not received anything in the mail from Wyndham but she did call Wyndham yesterday and they said the transfer has been completed and she should receive a confirmation letter in the next week or so!

I received the recorded deed from my parents as well, they said they have also sent a copy to Diamond to begin that process too.

Well in my case, they probably haven't even received the recorded deed yet since I just got a copy today.

I tried to post it, but I don't see a way to attach a pdf or jpg.
