Thanks - I don't know why nothing is coming up for me - must be operator error.

Do all of these properties have access to the resort amenities?

I sent a message to the property manager, here is the reply:

Thank you for your inquiry. Our villa is in a community within the Mauna Lani Resort. Our guests have access to a private Beach Club within the resort which has covered beach chairs and other amenities. Our guests do not have access to the facilities of the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel or the Fairmont Hotel, also in the resort. Our guests do have access to a pool and fitness facility within our community, The Villages.

We provide our guests with beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler, and other beach equipment so they can also take advantage of the numerous beaches along the Kona shore.

There is a nice luau at the Fairmont, as well as the Manta Ray dive and snorkel spot, with a viewing platform for non-swimmers.

There is also several restaurants at an outdoor shopping mall. The luau performers provide a free abbreviated show at the mall on Mon and Thurs.

Hey Denise
Mauna Lani is a really nice area. We are BIG ISLAND people now, the Waikoloa area is our "go to" place. You should be able to find somewhere either in Waikoloa or Mauna Lani for 8 people in either Fairways, The Villages, or other condos in the area. Golf Villas is nice, but not sure there are any units there to accomodate 8. We have stayed at all 3 and all are nice. 69 beach has some decent snorkeling and is one of our favorite beaches up north. There is also a very cool little black sand beach in the area that has decent snorkeling. It is also in the Mauna Lani resort area. I think its called lot 49 beach.
