Has anyone heard of the Timeshare Freedom Group? They say they can get someone out of their timeshare legally. Is this legitimate?

I would love to offer it free to a willing buyer. I was under the impression that these things had no value at all.

What do you have? You can always try to give it away in the Bargain Deals. Many Tuggers have gifted and been gifted timeshares. You may have to pay closing costs or more, but someone may want it and it will cost less than the scammers and you will be rid of it. Some timeshares can be sold on the resale market (check out the marketplace for examples). Anything is better than using one of the scammers.

Depends what you have. One mans trash...

If you own something where a) somebody really likes to go and this propert is nice or b) it trades well for the fees, you will usually find someone.

It is Club De Soleil in Las Vegas. 2BR floating week. Maintenance fees are $783.56.

Several sold for $1-$9 buyer pays closing, many others not sold.

If you put on TUG bargain board and offer to pay closing and transfer someone will probably take it.

absolutely can give this away...worst itll cost you is covering closing costs yourself IMO.
