interesting that link disappeared, but the one below provided is dated back to December of 2018 so while a similar title, im not sure its the same article.

but you are right, i can find no reference to the old article anywhere on the original site!

when I visit the site in the link it appears to be having some issues..so perhaps everyone clicking it has overwhelmed it today and the link will return when they sort out the technical issues! (even browsing other pages on the site shows formatting/loading errors)

So----- does TUG support some of these companies ? After reading this thread with interest, I somehow, without explanation, clicked on ADVICE. There appears Elvis's grandson in his ultra casual shredded jeans pitching No More Fees LLC. I did NOT click on this advertisement but instead had to go and wash my hands. Could this be a TUG policy opinion thread ?

absolutely not! completely goes against our rule of never pay any large upfront fees.
