Interesting you have DE as the link. We are a weird state tax wise. We have a pretty good tax structure and get the least of any state from the feds. Our savior is that we have a franchise tax for incorporating in DE. Historically we have a near monopoly on incorporations because of the business friendly corporate laws and a very robust court system to handle the plethora of law suits that have to be filed here.

Its listed for CA, the linked state was Delaware, you have to go to the state map to switch.

CA Sin Taxes

Cigarettes: $2.87 per pack. San Francisco has a local tax of $0.20 per pack
All other tobacco products: 28% of the wholesale price

Beer: $0.20 per gallon
Wine: $0.20 per gallon ($0.30 for sparkling wine)
Liquor: $3.30 per gallon. Alcohol that is over 100 proof: $6.60 per gallon. Vapor products: 65.08% of wholesale price. Marijuana: 15% sales tax on marijuana, $9.25 per ounce of flowers (cultivation) and $2.75 per ounce of leaves (cultivation).

Finally, they have retirement broken out with clear exemptions.
Seems like it's been difficult to read in the past.
Or maybe that was US News..
